I received this order and it looked like someone had returned it. bag was open black cover was missing and there were no instructions.

I have a problem with my product, It is charged, it was charging ok, LED's was ok, after then it died

Is that possible to bother you taking a detailed video which can show this problem specifically and send it to support@tomtop.com? And then we will contact our technician and give you a reasonable solution.

It has water-resistance, but it's still for business style, waterproof is not particularly strong.
