order number BA17K24S5606-MPYDZ7 . Sound disappeared,it only appears when connector is plugged in.And when the plug is pulled out,disappear again..no sound at all-no calls,no notifications,no video sound track..and one more thing-it’s impossible to save contacts-keeps deleting them.
