The product arrived defective. It powers off by itself after a random time of working(5-10 minutes) after that if i turn it back on it doest not accquire any sattelites. What can i do?

Is that possible to bother you taking a detailed video which can show this problem specifically and send it to support@tomtop.com? And then we will contact our technician and give you a reasonable solution.
