How can we proceed on that problem?

It might be in European stock in the feature, but it takes long time .
And you can buy it from China, we can send to European with tax free way, you do not need to pay customs fee.

I bought rc truck but for some reason it just doesn't work anymore, so it seems to be the main power source of the truck i don't know how it's called, bit i know you guys know what i mean, so do you guys sell that part or how do i get my truck fix??

I recieved my earphones and when i took the charging plug out the inside of earphone came out and broke.
