Does this camera really shoot in 4K? A lot of reviewers says it does not shoot in 4K, but it's higher than 1080. D5120K

the new Vacuum Cleaner from my order Order Nr.: AN18E15U3421-UZQBHH is not charging. After error diagnostics I found, that the Dock Charger for loading the vacuum just has a DC output of 4,2 V. As described it should have 20 V DC with 1.8 A. My wall power is 220 V AC. This would explain why the robot can turn on on the dock, but tuns off immediately when starting a cleaning.

How can we proceed on that problem?
