Package arrived. However, the battery can not be charged. I charged using the attached special code for 24 hours, but I could not charge it.

I have ordered the below TF card with BA18D09E4923-J8PQ9Y order number. MIXZA High Capacity 32GB TF Flash Memory Card Transflash Class 10 80MB/s Write Speed for Smartphone Tablet(C2569-32) http://www.tomtop.com/p-c2569-32.html

After I put it in a Samsung tablet I got a message that the SD card is damaged. Attached you can find a picture about it. (It is in Hungarian language. ) I want refund for this item.
