Is this mainly an indoor lock ? or can it be used outside ?If it has to be used indoors ,can the lock be accessed from the outside of the door to unlock it as long s you are 15 meters or less away from the door ,is hat correct?S1736

hello there,

please i ordered an item ( AN18K13U1118-GS01RU) but it still haven't arrived yet and even the tracking number says that it is still in ( Yiwu Mail processing Center)  from  2018-11-21 14:16 and nothing happened after that. i want to know whats wrong with the shipping and if i could receive it before the new year. thank you for the best support.

This is mainly an indoor lock. 

We do not suggest you use it outdoors.

 If you really need to use it outside, it is recommended to add a waterproof and dustproof cover.
