We have received our second order yesterday however one item works and the second item is faulty, we have tried charging the product however not even the led torch would work, just like to know what to do now.

 My drone stopped working on me and I absolutely love it and I am disappointed I can not fly I am wondering if it can be fixed and or replaced via warranty?

Today I received an order from July 10th, 2018.  It is a 100% waterproof sport MP3 player.  After the charge period and putting music on it, it will not work.


I would like to return to it and for it to be replaced please.  How do I go about this?
