I got an email from you that you have cancelled my order and I would like to ask why. I paid with Paypal immediately so I don’t understand. I already sent you the money. Could you please help me out? Otherwise I have to report the case to Paypal.

Can you contact the local post office with your full name and tracking number #BZ025892343CN ? Because in many cases, the parcel has already arrived, but the logistics information is delayed to update.
