Payment methods.

TOMTOP.com accepts PayPal, Credit Card , Wire Transfer, BOLETO, QIWI and Yandex as secure payment methods:

Global:

Russia:

1.PayPal

1.1 Login To Your Account or use Credit Card Express.

1.2 Enter your Card Details, the order will be shipped to your PayPal address. And click “Submit”.

1.3 Your Payment will be processed and a receipt will be sent to your email inbox.

2.Credit Card

2.1 Choose your shipping address OR create a new one.

2.2 Enter your Card Details and click "Submit".

2.3 Your Payment will be processed and an preauthorization email will be sent to your email inbox.

3.Wire Transfer

For orders more than $500, please contact us and provide us with the following information: your order number, the total amount paid, and the exact date of the wire transfer.

4.Yandex

You can pay from a purse in Yandex or this card.

5.QIWI

5.1 Select the country where your account was opened

5.2 Enter the number of your QIWI purse

5.3 Enter your password and click the payment button

5.4 Click on the "pay with QIWI", you will be redirected to the payment details via QIWI

5.5 Enter your password and click the payment button

5.6 Your payment will be processed

5.7 You will be directed to a page with details of the order to confirm

5.8 You will be redirected to QIWI website to make a payment from your QIWI Wallet.

Can i arrange cash on delivery?

Yes, we can support Cash On Delivery for following countries: Bahrain, Egypt, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Saudi Arabia. You can choose shipping method of Cash On Delivery when it's available.

When payment page displays an error, what should I do?

If the payment page displays an error, please kindly try to reorder. And if the same thing happens, then please contact Customer Service for help via Live Chat or email to support@tomtop.com.

Does TOMTOP charge any fees for credit card payments?

TOMTOP does not charge fees of any kind, but some credit card companies will charge a currency conversion fee. Please consult your credit card provider for more information.

How can I spend TOMTOP points at the checkout?

You need to be logged in to redeem your points, check the top right of the checkout page has your user account information.

Note:

1. You can use points when your order value reaches $20.

2. The discount (from the Points) cannot exceed 30% of the final commodity value.

3. Points cant be used on Flash Deal products and Special Discount for New User

Do TOMTOP points expire?

Yes. All points will expire at the end of next year.

Why the amount you received is less than what I paid in Bank?

Besides transaction fee in the bank you make transfer, also, there may be some third party Bank charging you in the process. That's because, if the bank in which you make payment has no business relationship with our bank, then payment may be sent to a third party bank first, and then send to our bank. If that happens, the third party will charge the transaction fee from the payment, so the payment time will be longer and the amount we receive will be less than the amount you pay.

Do i need to pay import taxes and tariffs?

Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you’ve ordered from us arrive in your country. Electronic items are the most commonly taxed items, if you are ordering a phone or tablet we strongly recommend you to check.

TOMTOP can’t give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country. We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. You can also request a low value declaration to help avoid any taxes.

Please note that ALL import taxes / duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Tomtop is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products.

How can i find out about my local import tariffs?

Every country is different; our advice is checking with your local council, post office or government tax department. A search online may provide the insight you need to find out what the tax is likely to be.

Can TOMTOP declare the goods at a low value?

Sometimes, we will do our best to help you with import regulations. If you find out the import tax situation in your country and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay, we are happy to follow your instructions regarding labeling, packing, declarations and invoices. Special requests can be made by explaining the situation using the online comments box during the checkout process. Or, if you need advice about whether a particular declared value is possible before you pay, you should “contact us” (via Live Chat or email to support@tomtop.com), We will then look at the contents of your order and your country and assess what value is appropriate.

Can TOMTOP always declare a low value?

If your order value is large or contains many items or certain electronic items it is not possible to declare the order as low value.

Notes about refunds

1. For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 2-3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account. You can view the status of your refund from your Account History. The processing time will depend entirely on PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, please allow up to 7-14 business days.

2. For credit card refunds, it may take up 3 to 15 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
