Hi I have ordered the XIAOMI M365 Electric scooter with order number AN17H23L1734-YY0LPY
The order was performed on 23 of August but the status in the tracking(1Z3X64Y56850995900) from 17track.net is stack to "2017-09-01 05:43 PL, Order Processed: Ready for UPS"
Could you please inform me on the case since 34 days have passed but no item received.
