how does it work this device I can not use it I've plugged it in & oacute; on a flat led by quad 7 light thank you cordially. is there a manual in french? L1682US

Dear Customer,
If you need to control stage lamps in wireless way, your stage lamps should be connected with DMX wireless receivers that are from the same producer of this transmitter, otherwise, they might be incompatible.
Before changing connection way, please correctly switch between wireless mode and wire mode by the button on the back of the item. And sorry we just have the English user manual.

We usually mark the parcel with lower value, so you might not need to pay the customs duties, yet it also depends on the customs rules of your country.

No, iGS20E don't support power meter, iGS60 support power meter.
