I made a purchase, I opted for and I paid for the EMS freight, but the product was sent via registered simple. How do I proceed to receive a refund of the amount paid ?

So i received my xk k100 falcon and it is defective something is sticking in the motor or gearing! There is no damage to none of the teeth on the motor gear or main gear but it will spin to a certain point and stop spinning gets stuck this is a mystery to me since there is no gear damage can you send me a replacement?
