Hi, for this TV box we have the firmware, but didn't have the update firmware.

If you have the firmware, can you send it to me, please? Because I have the same issue!!

Boa tarde meucaixa de TV BOX (docooler m9s-pro smart android 6.0 tv box amlogic s905x 3g / 32g ) esta com o mesmo problema, se possivel gostaria que me fosse enviado o firmware original para reinstalação, poderiam me enviar?

Comprei o Android BOX usei 1 dia e agora está travado na tela inical ..

Poderia ajudar ?

Peguei o rom original mais não reconhece no pc para tentar recuperar.

Eu já fiz o reset manual e nada
