I purchased 2 KKMOON cameras from you and been trying to get a detailed manual on how to set up the email notifications in English that’s why I’m giving you such a low rating. It would be nice to get some help from you on this issue. Thank you.Like the first reply. I did not receive a CD with the cameras. I took the time and looked in both boxes and no CD just quick setup guides. Please send me the CD at

Why can’t the app automatically change currency based on my location? I change currency but when I log back on it goes back to US dollars

Eu estou desapontado com TOMTOP porque comprei há 3 meses e nem rastrear meu pedido consigo, só aparece erro na pesquisa.

Percebo que ficarei com prejuízo...

Estou realmente desapontado.

E não há nenhum suporte em português, infelizmente.
