I would like to know where my package ( BN18K26I3641-JAPRSD ) is at. I can’t seem to be able to track it and it has been more than 2 months.

Can you contact the local post office with your full name and tracking number #LAODD1005165981YQ ? 

Because in many cases, the parcel has already arrived, but the logistics information is delayed to update.

 I have not yet received the item from the subject order number, nor have I been able to obtain any tracking information on that order.  I would appreciate being updated with the status of that order as it has been 27 calendar days since the order was placed.
