I'm still waiting for some serious update about my order.

I checked my order on your website. It shows that my order is dispatched. But what does it mean?! Does it mean it is shipped? Because I havent got any tracking number. The one which can be found on Tracking info, RX112830232DE, is not valid. All the searching databases can not find the package!
