I contacted my local post office and result that my package AA18F18H3543-VAHK40 was sent to the wrong destination, causes a post office error . The prolem is that I not been informed about this. Now my package has been sent back, what can I do? Can you send to me again my order, who can I contact to more information?

Your order has been cancelled, and we will refund you within 3-5 working days. Please check your account few days later.

Dear Team,
I had ordered from your website on 24.06.2018.  The order number isAN18F24F0157-9W3LH4. Though it was supposed to get delivered within 30 days. I am yet to receive it. Please look into it asap. This was my first order through yourplatform. I hope it won't turn into a sour experience for me.

Can you contact the local post office with your full name and tracking number #UG813723199CN? 

Because in many cases, the parcel has already arrived, but the logistics information is delayed to update.
