Because tomtop is a direct Chinese seller. Don't forget you might have to add tax and import fees. They are basicly the Chinese Amazon. I am from germany and they got a well translated webpage, which is not common for chinese sellers and even warehouses in germany. I bought stuff from tomtop before and I never had a problem.
