just got my hohem gimbal today; did not test it yet but happy with the ordering process so far; the only thing that threw me of was that it was in "processing" for nearly a week; after that it said "dispached" but no indication that it was shipped; after a week of showing "dispached" the doorbell rang and here was my item; bad reviews of people stating they never received orders or got phony or damaged packages and disputes worried me since it was my first order and the lack of direct contact to customer service did not encourage me either -- but: I got my item without damage at a GREAT price and I am happy and will order again. PS this comment is real and not fake as stated by some Tomtop critics
