Hello

I have received the items, and the first port which is a charging phone is working, but the second port which is the AUX it's working but the base when I turn it up its not clear it has a weird sound, I tried to replugged the aux again it does not work, By the way, my car stereo is working just fine. please advise and let me ASAP, because I was waiting to get this.

Is that possible to bother you taking a detailed video which can show this problem specifically and send it to support@tomtop.com? And then we will contact our technician and give you a reasonable solution.
