Here we go:Phantom 3 SE. As you can see from picture I purchased my phantom 3 se from tomtop in november, from German wharehouse. P3SE is an amazing quad for the price: nice videos and pictures and perfect stabilization are the strong point of this one for the price! Only bad thing is DJI support and updating programming, but fortunately there is an amazing community solving problems! Actually to use this quad in CE countries you will need to find a little help on the web (nothing hard, just the right app to sownload ;) ) and it will have no problems with signal loss! As I said its strenght is in the camera as it can gradb videos in 4k and pictures in dji raw, so you will have a very nice "flying camera"! Sure it won't reach a Phantom 4 Pro/Adv in performances, but it's almost 1/3 of the price so you can't complain! ALSO consider that a P4 STANDARD will give you little more than this quad as they both have a 2/3" sensor (1" sensor is available only with P4 PRO/ADV), only thing getting better is signal strenght as P4S has lightbridge system! SO, in the end P3SE is the best entry level "flying camera" you can get for the price. I know tomtop service should not be part of the review, but I have to say that ordering from German Wharehouse to Italy was amzingly fast (only 4 days from order!)! in the second picture you can see the P3SE with a couple hubsan quads!

I also bought a Phantom 3 Standard from Tomtop last month, with delivery to France, from German warehouse. Price at the time was €372.67 & €7.30 shipping. Order CA18C01T2017-4EVJTN SKU: RM4231EU plug:eu The funny this was, it was shipped from the French warehouse, which was not given as an option. It is a great drone, easy to fly, & takes great pictures. Two odd things- (1) it did not come with the English manual as listed and (2) the supplied "Eu plug" cannot be used in a French socket! You must be careful to verify that your smartphone or tablet is compatible with the DJI Go app needed fly the drone. Mine gives problems and needs to be restarted as it jams. Overall, a great drone.
