The USB-C connector of my charging cable is defect.

This is a special, long connector, because it is for a waterproof phone!

How can I get / buy a new cable with a the special, long, "C" connector?

Please help !!

The normal USB-C connector doesn't make contact in the phone.

We're contacting the factory whether there is surplus charging cable for this phone, when there is new message, I will let you know.

I don't have the original tracking info.

I received the phone here in the Netherlands begin June 2017

It is a Blacview 7000 and I can give you the Imei 1 and the IMEI 2 number.

For Blackview it is a standard charging cable ! It should not be a problem or something difficoult, just a standard cable for Blackvieuw BV7000 !

When can I get reply ? I have to charge my phone ! I will pay for the cable !
