I purchased  drone for my  birthday which I received two days ago, order #BN18D21R0840-81UG8Q .  The battery will not charge.

Is that possible to bother you taking a detailed video which can show this problem specifically and send it to support@tomtop.com? And then we will contact our technician and give you a reasonable solution.
