I've made an other on April 28th and until today the item was not shipped or the tracking code was not send me.
Order number: AN18D28V4423-12KAZ7
Could you please give me the order status?

Sorry the item is out of stock , and it will arrive in our warehouse a week later.  We will send it out once it arrives.

Or we could cancel the order and refund full amount to you then.
