I bought my cell phone model UMI PLUS from UMIDIGI at TOMTOP and I received it around February 2017.
In a few days it stopped working, it does not start, it does not load.

Is that possible to bother you taking a detailed video which can show this problem specifically and send it to support@tomtop.com? And then we will contact our technician and give you a reasonable solution.
