Would you please help me confirm the following question:

1. Did you receive a wrong package with the other customer's information or just the wrong item in your order?

2. Would you please send the pictures of the package details or the real wrong items you received to support@tomtop.com so that we can confirm with our relevant department ? I have noticed that the items you ordered are with Tracking No.61290983235123421796.
