I have placed an order on your site on the 20th of April 2018, for a Xiaomi M365 Electric Scooter (order number:AA18D20S3813-4B0WNH).

The delivery date was 2-5 days (since it was from your warehouse in Germany, and I live in Romania), but the status of the order is stillOn hold.
