I made a purchase with the BN17K21A1122MGMDD0 number and until the moment I did not receive the product,follow the attached print, how should I proceed?

Can you contact the local post office with your full name and tracking number #01205046824119? Because in many cases, the parcel has already arrived, but the logistics information is delayed to update.
