I received an email on March 15th, that my order has been shipped.. I STILL have not yet received it, it has been a month now.. Can you please tell me where my order is.

Can you contact the local post office with your full name and tracking number #UG413501077CN ? Because in many cases, the parcel has already arrived, but the logistics information is delayed to update.
