I do not like this product cause it has power cord fgo R cameras, I thought it was total wireless.can I get RA to send this back or a battery operated cameras for this system?? S240

Hello ThomasSkino,

Wireless means it doesn't need to connect the camera to the NVR.

The power plug is necessary.
