Hi,

I've placed an order on your website on March 8th and I've received all but one item. I thought it was shipped in another package but I still haven't received it. (AN18C08O4417-3JZ49N)

Can you contact the local post office with your full name and tracking number #RU828723544CN ? Because in many cases, the parcel has already arrived, but the logistics information is delayed to update.
