Can the time and date be captured and do you deliver to Northern Ireland which is part of the United Kingdom.

1.Before recording, please edit the time.txt file to set the time and date, and the time and date will be obtained when recording. Detailed settings are provided in the book.

2. It can be sent to Northern Ireland.
