Hi TomTop Team. Im very satisfied with the shopping experience on TomTop. But It would be nice if TomTop offer a Duty Free Shipping methode for the most products from CN warehouse to EU. That would result in a lot more oders and happy EU customers. Think about it please :) Looking forward to your reply.

I have bought four items with tomtop and the experience has been excellent. The price is great and the delivery no more than 15 days with free shipping. The products all with good quality. I had problems with the parcel tracking and after asking the customer service the problem was solved. The last product, when ordering it was not possible to specify euro socket, there was only u.s.a. type available. Despite of this fact, the worker who made the parcel took the trouble to put one euro socket adapter. As I have not a single problem with tomtop I can not tell anything about the after-sales service.
In my opinion and personal experience, the only weak point in the service is the mail traslation. When receiving the mail confirmation that the order has been accepted the letter in spanish is dreadful. Spanish is one of the most spoken languages in the world, so must be a better translator in a great country as China. Besides is always the same kind of message, only numbers or items change, so it would not be difficult to find a good translator and correct it. But this is a small defect in a very good service. I hope you will keep like this. If so, I will buy again with tomtop for sure. Congratulations.

I have status Gold VIP so I have some experience with shopping on TomTop.
You are in top 3 in chinese shops for me. Your offer is unbeatable very often.
Your loyalty program is the best among these top 3.
What should you improve ?
Customer service could be faster.
You should think to introduce a tariff insurance or lower the price of tax free shipment.
If this happens you will be on the top :) All the best
