 I made the order number BA18B21T4732-59S909. The order has even not arrived at home. And they don’t provided me with a tracking number.

Could you kindly contact your local post office with your full name and tracking number RL907562950CH?  Because in many cases, the parcel has already arrived but the logistics information is delayed to update. We will follow up this matter all the time until you receive the parcel.
