Hi, the tracking code provided says it's not being found, it's been 4 days since I can not get my order information. 
the tracking code is: RL956064987CH
The order's number is: BN18C01R0936-1K6NC7.

It takes 3-6 working days for carrier to update shipping information. Please check it few days later.

I was sent an email to track a package and cannot open the tracking page. It says it can't be found. Tracking number is LS597480898CN. Please send a new link to track.
