Dell XPS 13 vs. Asus ZenBook 13, One is the thinnest 13-inch laptop with discrete graphics, the other is the world's smallest 13-inch laptop. But which is best for you?

I like the 13" Lenovo Yoga better than both of these. it's moderately priced and has an equally thin form factor with a high res screen. It's a 2-and-1 so the screen can fold all the way back to create a tablet like experience. Folding it into a tent form is great for watching movies on an airplane.

A big factor for me is the deadly combination of unreliability and horrendous customer support from Asus.

I find myself avoiding Asus laptops because of that. It’s no joy to own a really nice laptop when it fails and then sits at the manufacturer for weeks.

I have last years Asus 13' Zen with i7, 512 SD, touch screen, and 16 GB memory and I really like it in spite of poor battery performance and an annoying track pad at times. I can live with the battery and am learning to deal with the touchy trackpad. 7 out of 8 of my last laptop purchases have been HP but after a very bad experience with the HP 13" convertible I decided to try Asus and am very happy. Asus has a new and happy customer
