I don't know whether this is wrong. Is it ok to charge the phone overnight or not ?

Currently, smart phones use lithium batteries, which are not as fragile as everybody thinks. When the battery of a mobile phone is full, it will automatically cut off the charging power and avoid overcharging. Therefore, you do not need to worry about the damage to your mobile phone battery. Of course, it should be noted here that the mobile phone charger used must be a regular charger, preferably the original charger. Some bad or unmatched model chargers are best not to charge the phone at night to prevent the charger from being of poor quality, causing the charger to burn and damage the phone.
