How is the Matter That Coupon Can't be Used?

Today, one of our customerscame accross a problem: coupon can't be used (as the following screenshot)

Now, I'm here to explain the problem and tell you how to solve it

Usually, if a coupon doesn't work, there are three reasons: First, the coupon is expired. Second, the coupon doesn't exist. Third, the coupon is used to the wrong item or category. Each time, when coupon can't be used, our system will tell you the reason automatically

After you know the reason, I believe you will know the solution
