Good morning, i'm Ernesto Pappalardo from Italy. I purchased in 11/02/2018 a cell phone oneplus 5t from your shop.

But the tracking code you send me don't work, why ?

My order number is : BA18B11J0201-DKRN7F

and tracking code is :JVGL06047542034799991298

Can i know, when possibly i'll receive object ?

The carrier needs 5-7 working days to update the tracking information. Please check it few days later.
