I made an order on tomtop yesterday, but haven't received the order confirmation email. I want to know what's the problem? Has anyone encountered it?

Hi Zamouche, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Tomtop uses delivery notification mail instead of order confirmation email, so you will receive a delivery notification mail when the product is shipped, and will not receive an order confirmation email.
