as you have sent me mail providing the tracking number, till no trace of the said tracking. after 13.01.18 no result is showing. what is going on? is it lost or anything else? let me know the present situation of my product.

Could you kindly contact your local post office with your full name and tracking number ? Any updates, please send let us know. Because in many cases, the parcel has already arrived but the logistics information is delayed to update. We will follow up this matter all the time until you receive the parcel. Thanks.
