The day before yesterday, more than 10000 customers got a  Feisty Pets  for   free  from  tomtop  because of a web bug (The Feisty Pets price is 13.99 dollars), which makes us  lose heavily. Many customers concerned that tomtop will not send the feisty pets or will cancel the order, there are other customers contact tomtop to consult and would like to cancel their order  voluntarily......

Here, tomtop solemnly declare: All these 10000 orders will be shipped as  usual. Compared with money, we love our customers more, and we will not let our customers undertake the problem caused by bug.
