ola boa tarde fiz uma compra cm vcs e ate agora nao recebir o codigo de rastreio queria saber como faço para receber?

I made a purchase of the drone bayangtoys x21, however tomtop did not complete the sale, after having paid I received return message, now I want to know how I will receive. I was very disappointed with the cancellation of my purchase.
